Strategic tree placement and custom planters define zones for dining, lounging, watching games, and entertaining while preserving key sightlines to neighborhood landmarks and the downtown. A soft buffer of ornamental grasses along the north edge offers filtered separation from neighbors without compromising anyone’s views, keeping respect and privacy at the forefront.

A true day-to-night rooftop, a custom fire table was also added to anchor the space, creating a warm, inviting hub for evening conversation and connection well into the evening hours.
