This luxury high-rise residential tower gets a seasonal facelift every spring, summer, fall, and winter.  The pool deck and adjacent dining room and lounge give residents a lush respite with downtown views. 

 

We are currently directing new changes to the pool deck hardscape system, adding irrigation, and selecting new furnishings for the penthouse suite, in addition to our seasonal design installations from the parkway and building entrance into the lobby, and all amenity spaces.
